Dad and I had a fun and memorable weekend with Emma while Mike and Julie went on a retreat with their church group. We visited the college, played at the Children's Garden there. We went to Jackson and she played at the Cascade Park playground. She especially loved playing with "Grandma's toys" (the Fisher Price toys I kept). Emma couldn't understand why the pool wasn't open yet and we she saw the rain water lying on top of the cover, she was really confused why it wasn't open. She is a delightful, sweet and energetic little girl. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her and will cherish it as a special time.

she had a great time and is still telling us about all the things she did. She is certain though that next time the pool will be open!
